Meet one of Thailand’s sharpest mind, Borwornsak Uwanno.
Borwornsak, speaking at a ceremony for out-standing students of the Thai government education support fund, says Thais should not follow foreigners, because foreigners, have a good system, but do not care about having good people. He says Thailand, must have both, good system and good people, Matichon reports (Source)
Borwornsak is a Thai legal expert, professor of Law at Chulalongkorn University and currently, the secretary-general of King Prajadhipok’s Institute. He was also the Chairman of Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Anthropology Centre. Thailand’s National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) has chosen Borwornsak Uwanno, secretary-general of King Prajadhipok’s Institute as chairman of the Constitution Drafting Committee (CDC), said army spokesman Winthai Suvaree. Therefore, Borwornsak is now working for Thailand’s Dictator, Prayuth.
A few years back, as a respected Thai academic Vorachet, was out-spoken about Thailand’s draconian lese majeste laws and re-forming Thailand, Bowornsak, posted on Facebook, saying those who went to school on the Thai King Grant, should swore not to betray the Thai King. The comment is known to be targeted to Vorachet, who, some news says, went to school on the Thai King Grant.
“Buddha says there are good cows and if the heard of cows is lead by the good cow, all the cow are safe. But Buddha said, if the heard of cow, is lead by a bad cow, the bad cow, may lead the heard of cow, to drawn in the river,” said Borwornsak.
Borwornsak, on good system and good people, perhaps have forgotten that Thailand has neither. Since the end of Absolute Monarchy, Thailand has had a coup or attempted coup, on average, once every 3 years and a new constitution, on average, about once every 4 years.
Additionally, since end to Absolute Monarchy, Thailand’s traditional elite, have engaged in countless massacre and slaughtering of protesting Thais, killing, very often, in very barbaric manner, over the years, 1,000s of Thai citizens. Currently, with the Thai Dictator, Borwornsak serves, the likes of UN, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, Japan, UK, USA and EU, along with a string of other global respected units, have all came out to criticize Thailand on human rights and lack of Democracy.
And all that massacre and slaughtering, coups and constitutions, and violation of human rights and trashing of democracy is by who? The answer, is that all of that, is mostly, by the Bangkok traditional elite, meaning the so called “Good People” with high morals, to which Borwornsak serves and represents.
