Mahidol University Center for Innovative Development to explore Thailand’s potential for global retirement

Thailand’s Mahidol University’s  Center for Innovative Development is organizing a seminar on Thailand, as a place for retirement for people around the globe. At the seminar, the chairman of Thailand’s national research council will give a talk on “Retirement Migration Trends.” In ASEAN, currently, Malaysia, backed by liberal property ownership laws, allowing foreigners to own property, leads ASEAN as home for global retirement. Globally, Malaysia and Thailand ranks in the top ten as the best place to retire. (Source)
